A highlight of the 2023 K-pop calendar, the SBS Gayo Daejeon (Music Festival) is going to wow spectators with a special stage performance. On Christmas Day, December 25, at Yeongjongdo’s Inspire Arena, there will be a spectacular display of musical and theatrical prowess.
The festivities will be hosted by Yeonjun of Tomorrow X Together (TXT) and Yuna of ITZY, who will perform a special stage called “I am SOLO.” By showcasing solo artists who have won over fans all over the world with their energetic performances, this segment hopes to mirror the 2023 K-pop trends. As a way to honor their elders, Yeonjun and Yuna will perform cover versions of songs by popular groups like BTS and BLACKPINK.

There will be a plethora of unique performances at the 2023 SBS Music Festival, starting with the “I am SOLO” stage. The event, which has the theme “SWITCH ON,” will showcase the most talented K-pop artists of the year, who will give audiences a treat of breathtaking performances—just like Christmas.

Here are some acts that fans can expect to see: TVXQ, SHINee, NCT 127, NCT DREAM, THE BOYZ, fromis_9, Stray Kids, (G)I-DLE, ATEEZ, ITZY, Tomorrow X Together, CRAVITY, STAYC, aespa, ENHYPEN, IVE, NMIXX, LE SSERAFIM, NewJeans, xikers, BOYNEXTDOOR, ZEROBASEONE, RIIZE, NiziU, and &TEAM. Already, K-pop fans all over the world are incredibly excited about this lineup.
