The members of BORN PINK were recognized for their efforts in raising public consciousness about climate change. Honorary Members of the Order of the British Empire were also bestowed upon Jisoo, Jennie, and Lisa, the other members of BLACKPINK.
However, Member Rosé was given a special membership since she is a dual citizen of New Zealand and the United Kingdom. New Zealand is one of only 14 countries that recognizes the British queen as its head of state. Since she is a citizen of the commonwealth, Rosé can get married in a royal location in the United Kingdom, such as St. Paul’s Cathedral, which has thrilled her many supporters.
