Despite being almost six years old, BTS’s “Love Yourself: Tear” topped multiple Billboard charts this week!
After a long absence, BTS’s 2018 studio album “Love Yourself: Tear” has made a triumphant comeback to the Billboard 200, where it has remained at No. 92 since its vinyl release. This status marks the album’s first appearance on the chart in almost five years.
This week, BTS became the first Asian artist in chart history to have two albums debut at No. 1 on Billboard’s Vinyl Albums list, with “Love Yourself: Tear” making history as well. (Like last year, BTS’s first vinyl release, “Love Yourself: Her,” likewise debuted at No. 1.)
The album’s title track, “Fake Love” by BTS, has spent 71 weeks total on Billboard’s World Digital Song Sales chart, where it re-entered at No. 1.
