For the uninitiated, 80.0 MHz is the frequency of Tokyo FM, broadcasting from Chiyoda in Tokyo, Japan. It offers a variety of services, including playing the latest music news, introducing new programs, and conducting song searches live on air.
When the BTS ARMY heard this, they were ecstatic. Their joy, however, skyrocketed when word got out that the Winter Bear songwriter would be receiving a tangible trophy from Tokyo FM.

V, a South Korean vocalist for BTS, released the song “Slow Dancing” for his debut album, Layover. Big Hit Music released the album’s third song on September 8, 2023. With simple jazz chords and lyrics, Slow Dancing conveys the tale of a classic love romance.
With a simple jazz rhythm, Taehyung sings a love ballad reminiscent of the 1970s, in which the lyricist recounts a traditional love story. Lovers who are deeply in love with one another often find solace in music that captures the emotions of loneliness and yearning.

In addition, for the weeks of September 18 and 25, 2023, Slow Dancing won two Melon Popularity awards in a straight and six first-place medals in domestic television music programs, including a triple crown on M Countdown. Therefore, the BTS idol’s legion of devoted followers was overjoyed to witness his most recent achievement—acclaim from Tokyo FM, Japan.

Their graduation badges from basic military training were presented to the members of BTS and the group’s leader, Kim Namjoon, on January 16, 2024. They were the only two of the four soldiers to receive the designation of “Elite Tarinee” at their graduation ceremony. Also, out of the 800 or so troops that showed up for the event, only four allegedly received the honor.
