The 2024 Super Bowl Halftime Show will be hosted by American R&B singer, songwriter, and performer Usher, according to a previous announcement by the NFL and Apple Music. Just in preparation for this year’s Apple Music Super Bowl LVIII Halftime Show, Usher has launched a trailer. His hint was a performance that had been “30 years in the making.”
Beginning with a church choir, the trailer pays tribute to Usher’s musical roots. At the age of nine, he joined the youth choir at his local church in Chattanooga, Tennessee, under the direction of his mother. Throughout the remainder of the video, his popular song “Yeah! (ft. Lil Jon, Ludacris)” plays while the camera pans around the choir, a school marching band, fans, TikToks, shows, and more.
An excerpt of BTS’s Jungkook performing alongside Usher appears just before the video abruptly ends, revealing a last shot of Usher accompanied by text describing his future performance at the Halftime Show. J Balvin and NBA star LeBron James are among the other famous people included.

A remix of “Standing Next to You” by Jungkook from his solo album GOLDEN was recently created by the two of them. They collaborated on the official music video for “Standing Next to You,” and Usher incorporated a TikTok they shot while filming the video in his Halftime Show promo.
The internet went wild when they saw Jungkook’s feature. Hopefully, Usher will incorporate “Standing Next to You” into his legendary Super Bowl performance. JUngkook’s solo album has crossed more than a million views and fans have been showing so much love. In 2024 Jungkook’s songs made him the celebrity who topped the charts.

Usher is clearly stating that he recognizes Jungkook as someone who is deserving of a spot with the heavyweights in the West. He said it when they did the video, he reinforced it when he added SNTY to his album and his label sent the song to radio.
