Cha Eun Woo Upcoming Projects
Astro released their debut EP, Spring Up, on February 23, 2016. A special variety show called Replies That Make Us Flutter was a Chuseok event that Cha was a part of in August. Another Chuseok pilot program, Boomshakalaka, was one in which he took part in September. From 2016 through 2018, Cha co-hosted Show! Music Core with Kim Sae-ron, Lee Soo-min, and Xiyeon. The 2016 web drama My Romantic Some Recipe also featured him.
Cha Eun Woo’s ongoing show A Good Day to Be a Dog, is a webtoon-based fantasy romance drama. Wonderful World, helmed by seasoned actress Kim Nam-joo and set to premiere in the first half of 2024, officially confirmed Cha’s casting on June 1. For the official soundtrack of the drama A Good Day To Be A Dog, Cha released a remake of “Jealousy” on October 18. Yoo Seung-beom had originally performed the original version. At the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards Japan, Cha became the first Asian artist to ever receive the Global Icon Award—a special recognition for an artist’s global achievements—on October 27.
