V (Kim Taehyung) of BTS has surprised one fan with an unexpected source of inspiration.
The 2021 South Korean drama “Squid Game” captivated viewers all around the world and became an enormous hit. A ten-part British reality competition series based on the original premiered in November 2023, capitalizing on its success.
Titled “Squid Game: The Challenge,” the show showcased actual individuals vying for a $4.56 million cash reward in a string of high-stakes children’s games.
An influencer named “Flawless Kevin,” who competes on “Squid Game: The Challenge,” reportedly admitted that he tried out for the team after witnessing Taehyung in character.

The internet went wild when Taehyung showed up unannounced to BTS’s 2021 “Permission to Dance On Stage – Live Play” event at Los Angeles’s SoFi Stadium dressed as a full-fledged “Squid Game” guard.
The combination of Taehyung’s charisma, infectious energy, and signature red tracksuit made him an instant hit with fans and newcomers alike.
