Calvin Klein’s stunning, mostly black-and-white campaign features BTS’s Jungkook, ringing in spring ahead of schedule. Jungkook, who was named a worldwide brand ambassador for Calvin Klein in March of 2023, is the featured star of the latest ad campaign for Calvin Klein Jeans’ Spring 2024 catalog.
The legendary fashion photography pair Mert and Marcus, which includes Jungkook, was shot by none other than Mert Alas for Calvin Klein Jeans’ spring 2024 campaign.
Jungkook poses in a studio and in New York City’s Grand Central Station for the Calvin Klein Jeans ad campaign, which features new denim, cotton, and leather items. Emmanuelle Alt dressed him for the shoot and the videos that went along with it.
The campaign spotlighted the star’s inherent self-assurance in an effort to increase his “status as a global popstar,” as stated in a brand promotional statement. Clavin Klein Jeans has released a new collection including Jungkook’s modelled pieces.
The collection aims to capture “the brand’s youthful energy and distinctive minimal design codes” through its key wardrobe pieces.
Some essentials include oversized monogram tees and straight-fit jeans from the ’90s. Jungkook most likely fired his weapon before beginning his mandatory military service in South Korea in December of last year.
As of today, February 16, in conjunction with the official collection drop on calvinklein.com, the whole campaign is officially launched, but Calvin Klein has been teasing Jungkook’s new photos for a few days via social media videos.
