The pair of protagonists from the upcoming tvN drama “Queen of Tears” have had their character posters revealed!
Written by Park Ji Eun of “Crash Landing on You,” “My Love From the Star,” and “Producer,” “Queen of Tears” will tell the narrative of a married couple’s amazing, exciting, and amusing love story as they endure and overcome a crisis as a unit.
Hong Hae In, the chaebol heiress referred to as the “queen” of Queens Group’s department stores, will be portrayed by Kim Ji Won. Hong Hae In says to Baek Hyun Woo (Kim Soo Hyun), “Just trust me,” in her character poster, making a daring proposal and commitment. No more crying over anything; I’ll make it stop.
Baek Hyun Woo, played by Kim Soo Hyun, is the son-in-law of the leading chaebol family in South Korea and the legal director of the Queens Group conglomerate. Woo rises through the ranks from “supermarket prince” to this position.

Nevertheless, it appears that Baek Hyun Woo regrets placing his trust in Hong Hae before, even if he has become more influential. He was advised to “simply trust her,” according to his poster’s description. I must be quite insane to have put any stock in those statements.
