Now that MBC’s “Knight Flower” has come to an end, the stars of the drama have said their goodbyes and expressed their final thoughts!
“Knight Flower” is an action-comedy drama that takes place during the Joseon dynasty. Honey Lee plays the role of Jo Yeo Hwa, a widow who has been a virtuous example to her children for the past fifteen years. But she’s actually living two lives: during the day, she bravely helps others in need, and at night, she sneaks out to do the same.
The last episode of the popular action-comedy series aired on February 17, and it not only had the highest viewership numbers of the whole course of the show, but also shattered the record for any Friday-Saturday drama in MBC history.
#KnightFlower Episode 12 (finale) recorded a viewership rating of 18.4% nationwide. 🥷👏❤️

“I am deeply grateful that we were able to safely conclude filming and receive so much love from viewers until the end,” Honey Lee said, reflecting on her captivating performance as Jo Yeo Hwa, which included both comic and intense action sequences.
“Just hearing the love from the viewers made it all worthwhile and rewarding,” she concluded. The love and support were invaluable, and I can’t believe it’s already over.
What Joyful Experiences Did Lee Jong Won Encounter During Filming?
“While waiting for two episodes of the drama each week, I sometimes wondered, ‘Did I do well?'” — Lee Jong Won, who wowed with his depiction of military commander Park Soo Ho. On the other hand, I couldn’t help but smile the entire time I saw it because it brought back so many memories from filming.
In his own words, he couldn’t forget a single moment of his first historical drama, which lasted from the day he was cast to the last day of filming and even beyond the conclusion of the drama. It was a great and joyful experience every second.
