Blackpink’s Jennie marked the release of The Idol at the Cannes Film Festival on the same night that her bandmate Lisa was celebrating Celine and its creative director Hedi Slimane at an intimate dinner at the famous Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc.
The Celine brand spokesperson gave the night a lot of sparkle by wearing a sequined pinstripe suit from the brand over a sheer black top. Her hair was down in loose waves, and her famous bangs were parted to the side.

The night brought together Celine’s famous friends and fans worldwide, like Taylor Swift‘s ex-boyfriend Joe Alwyn and Kaia Gerber, who was at his first event after they broke up.

Lisa was taken with V from BTS, Chinese actress Jingyi Zhang, and Korean actor Park Bo-gum, making up a group of all-stars. V first excited people about his event appearance when he teased on his Instagram Story that he would be in Cannes. He put up a picture of the note Celine had left for him. He wore an all-black suit with a cropped jacket and a big bow tie to the dinner.
