MAMAMOO’s Solar Drops Exciting “Comeback Presentation” For 2nd Mini Album ‘COLOURS’
With the release of the comeback breakdown presentation for her second mini album, “COLOURS,” MAMAMOO’s leader Solar continues to tease her eagerly anticipated solo comeback.
The pop star claimed that every song on her album will showcase a person’s diversity and all of their wonderful aspects. Particularly considering that each song on the album is intended to represent a distinct genre, showcasing a person’s uniqueness and diversity inside themselves.
“COLOURS,” the album’s lead single, is a house music track with an electro dance mix (EDM) feel to it. It showcases a person’s “cool kid” side by expressing the desire to be authentic and unafraid of criticism.
In addition, Solar stated that the teaser music video for the song, “Glam Silver,” has already been released and that the official music video will be released at a later time.
The idol added that the song’s title track, “But I,” will have a rock feel to it, influenced by band music, mentioning that there will be a dramatic, completely unexpected ending to the track in the music video. “Honey Honey” will have a strong R&B influence, while “Empty” is a pop genre ballad.
With regard to “Easy Peasy,” the idol made it clear that it is a folk song, while “Blues” is a blues genre type song. On April 30 at 6 p.m. KST, Solar’s second mini album, “Colours,” will be made available.
