The BTS member’s debut solo album is due out on March 24; the album’s first teaser song is scheduled for release on March 17.
The release of Jimin’s debut album, Face, is less than a week away, but the BTS member keeps fans engaged by releasing a preview of the album early. The first song from the project, “Set Me Free Pt. 2,” will be released by Jimin on March 17.
On Tuesday, the artist released a preview for the song in which he dances at the center of a group of more than two dozen others who have all been given specific choreography to follow. Jimin, clad in leather and commanding the respect of his grey tracksuit-clad subordinates, strides among them.

After “Alone” and before the English version of “Like Crazy,” “Set Me Free Part. 2” appears on Face. ‘His determination to free himself from numerous emotions concealed deep inside him’ will be chronicled in the songs, as said in a press statement.

Jimin’s BTS bandmates RM, Pdogg, GHSTLOOP, EVAN, Supreme Boi, BLVSH, and Chris James contributed to the album’s songwriting or production of individual tracks.
Leading up to its publication, the face was characterized as “delving into Jimin’s story of fronting his true self and making a new leap forward as an artist. Jimin will showcase his unique vocal tone and excellent dance skills through Face.
Since BTS paused to explore solo projects and complete their necessary military service, Face is a group member’s fourth solo music endeavor. Before announcing his solo album, he collaborated with Taeyang on “Vibe.” In an interview for Rolling Stone last month, Taeyang credited Jimin with putting in more work than anyone else.
