December 2021: “Jennie on Instagram”
AllKPop claims that the first indication of a potential romance is when V follows Jennie on Instagram before abruptly unfollowing her. To dispel the suspicions, the BTS member then posts on the Korean fan community website WeVerse, asking, “Is there a way to get rid of the ‘recommended’ friends list here on this Insta thing?…. It’s a scary app.”
May 2022: “Jeju Island”
The first observation! A photograph depicts V operating a vehicle on Jeju Island with a person who may or may not be Online buzz begins to grow about Jennie.
People at the time go crazy over the potential implications of two mega-stars hanging around, while some are dubious because Jennie had always been linked to Big Bang’s G-Dragon.
Amidst all this, a T’way Air employee from Korea claims to have seen V and Jennie traveling to Jeju Island. “A T’way employee from Korea claimed on the “Blind” app that they saw Jennie from BLACKPINK and BTS together.

She added that because the two were traveling together in public, many T’way staff members believed they were in a relationship. In-ter-est-ing!
Finally responding to all the rumors, Jennie’s management company, YG Entertainment, stated, “We have nothing to say [regarding this matter],” and added, “We will inform you if we have a different response to share.” After the announcement, practically all of Jennie’s representatives.
August 2022: “Another Set of Images Leaked”
Another day, a batch of photos was leaked to the public, but this time, the source is under much justifiable scrutiny after being charged with stealing the images from Jennie’s iCloud.

October 2022: “Jennie’s Agency”
The singer Jennie’s management company, YG, has announced an official investigation into the source of the photo leaks. The management organization said, “We have officially requested the police to investigate who first circulated Blackpink Jennie’s personal photos.”

“YG has been consistently monitoring the matter and filed a lawsuit in September after collecting information.”
The statement adds, “There have been indiscriminate rumors, criticism, personal attacks, s*xual harassment, and violations of personal life sparked by those private photographs,” and then says, “We are now announcing that we will take legal action and correct the situation.”
May 2023: “Jennie and V Are Spotted in Paris”
In a video shot by French journalist Amar Taoualit, Jennie and rather are seen taking a rather lovely stroll in Paris. This low-key, high-key fits the celebrities’ schedules since V is in town for his Céline brand ambassadorship while Jennie is scheduled to promote The Idol at the 2023 Cannes Film Festival.
