These days, K-Pop dance tutorial videos are a recognized brand and form of media in their own right. K-pop groups now often record and release music videos that feature their dance routines, but in the past, such videos were kept under wraps
Some fans believe that a video of a K-Pop group practicing their dance moves was posted online for the first time in the year 2000. I mean, whose band and tune are we talking about? Single by first-generation idol group Shinhwa, “Only One,” from their third studio album, released in 2000.
This version of Shinhwa’s “Only One” is obviously a “practice video” filmed by the members for the sake of practice, as opposed to the many dance practice videos published today, which are filmed with the intention of being made public.

It is likely that the song being utilized is a demo version of “Only One” by Yoo Young Jin, which is why she is credited for singing on it. Importantly, the video’s choreography is unfinished, and the Shinhwa members are shown acting foolish and mischievous as the song nears its conclusion.
