Actor Jang Ki Yong was released from his required military service. After around 1 year and 6 months, Jang Ki Yong, who enrolled in August 2021, diligently finished his military service. On February 22 AM KST, he was released from the Army’s 15th Infantry Division.
Jang Ki Yong said upon being discharged, “Thank you for waiting for a long time. I will be able to greet you with good projects soon.”
After making his acting debut in the 2014 drama “It’s Okay, This is Love,” Jang Ki Yong won over audiences with his roles in dramas like “Go Back Couple” and “My Mister.” Prior to enlisting, Jang Ki Yong also made an important contribution to the film “Now, We are Splitting Apart.”

Jang Ki Yong
Actor and model Jang Ki-Yong was born in South Korea on August 7, 1992 (Korean). His acting debut came through a cameo role on It’s Alright, That’s Love after he began his career as a model (2014). With the success of Confession Couple (2017), he was chosen for Come and Embrace Me (2018), his first lead role.
My Roommate Is a Gumiho (2021) and Now, We Are Splitting Up followed Jang’s success with Search: WWW (2019), which propelled him to fame (2021–2022). Jang is renowned for his performances in the films My Mister (2018) and Born Again (2020).
